Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Campaign Strategy
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
Plan and manage campaigns across:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
LinkedIn Ads
YouTube
Display & Programmatic
Lead generation initiatives
Optimize campaigns for:
Reach
Conversions
ROAS
Lead quality
Cost efficiency
Build channel-specific media plans and budget allocations.
Growth & Acquisition
Design growth strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Identify opportunities across funnel stages to improve conversion performance.
Develop scalable lead generation frameworks for multiple industries and business models.
Implement experimentation and testing frameworks to improve campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
Translate data into actionable recommendations.
Build dashboards and present insights to clients and internal teams.
Track KPIs and continuously optimize performance.
Marketing Operations
Manage campaign calendars, launch schedules, and execution timelines.
Coordinate with Design, Content, Video, and Account teams.
Ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
Improve internal processes and workflow efficiency.
Team Leadership
Guide and mentor performance marketers and junior team members.
Review campaign setups and performance regularly.
Support capability building across the team.
Drive adoption of emerging digital tools and automation.
