About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Motion Graphics & Video Editor to lead video production across our client portfolio. This is a hands-on role that combines creative storytelling, motion design, video editing, AI-powered content creation, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable creating high-quality long-form videos, short-form social media content, animated explainers, corporate videos, and ad creatives. They should also be capable of guiding junior editors, improving workflows, and introducing new tools and technologies to increase efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

  • Edit and produce high-quality videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, websites, presentations, and corporate communications.
  • Create both long-form and short-form content, including:
    • Corporate videos
    • Brand films
    • Product videos
    • Explainer videos
    • Case study videos
    • Event videos
    • Social media reels and shorts
    • Performance marketing ad creatives

  • Ensure videos meet brand guidelines, platform requirements, and client expectations.
  • Manage projects from concept to final delivery.


Motion Graphics & Animation

  • Create engaging motion graphics, typography animations, transitions, and visual effects.
  • Design animated explainers, infographics, logo animations, and title sequences.
  • Develop creative visual treatments that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.


AI & Emerging Technologies

  • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, creativity, and turnaround times.
  • Create AI-assisted videos, animations, image sequences, voiceovers, and visual assets.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in AI-powered video production.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, workflows, and technologies.


Creative Direction & Ideation

  • Collaborate with Content, Design, Digital, and Account Management teams to develop video concepts.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning discussions.
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling visual stories.
  • Recommend innovative formats and content ideas for clients.


Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor junior video editors and interns.
  • Review work before delivery and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Allocate tasks, provide feedback, and support team development.
  • Establish and improve internal video production processes and QC systems.


Quality Control

Maintain consistency in quality, branding, pacing, and storytelling across all deliverables.

Ensure videos are free from:

Spelling and grammar errors

Audio inconsistencies

Formatting issues

Platform-specific errors

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • Adobe Premiere Pro
    • Adobe After Effects
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Motion graphics
    • Animation principles
    • Typography
    • Sound design
    • Color correction and grading
    • Video compression and exports

AI Tools

Experience with tools such as:

  • Kling
  • Runway
  • Midjourney
  • ChatGPT
  • Sora (preferred)
  • Veo (preferred)
  • ElevenLabs
  • InVideo
  • Pika
  • Other AI-powered video and creative tools


Additional Skills

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
  • Experience working in a marketing agency, creative agency, or production environment.
  • Experience handling multiple brands and client stakeholders.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members.



Nice to Have

  • Experience creating videos for B2B, technology, SaaS, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and education brands.
  • Knowledge of YouTube optimization and social media best practices.
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing creatives and ad campaigns.
  • Experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar software.
